• Support sales team on daily administration.

Job Requirements:

• ‘O’ level with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Possess strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Must be able to manage a given set of territory and accounts.
• Provide good after sales & customer service.
• Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage.
• Knowledge on Navision system would be an advantage.
• 5 days work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence and answer inquiries, providing excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system with effective document control for easy retrieval and use.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Maintain contact lists, schedule appointments, and manage travel arrangements for staff.
• Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
• Support staff onboarding and update company databases.
• Organize company events or meetings and arrange for necessary resources.
• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
