Grow Through Learning Pte Ltd is a Math learning centre for 4 - 12 year old students, specialising in making concepts easier for students to understand through fun and interactive activities.
Our team strives to empower and encourage every child to be who he/she really is so as to inspire him/her to enjoy the subjects well and eventually become a self-directed learner.
The Role:
We are looking for a part -time Centre Executive to manage and support the operations of the centre and the teaching team.
Responsibilities:
- Working with our team of teachers to support the smooth running of centre operations.
- Proactively answering customer enquiries.
- Responding to parents and students’ requests and updating teachers.
- Scheduling of classes.
- Managing student registration, invoicing, collection of payments, receipts and basic accounting.
- Any other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma and above
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Meticulous, organized and good with details.
- Cheerful and enjoys interacting with both adults and children.
- Willing to learn and a team player
- Responsible and have a positive attitude
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Part Timers Welcomed – Able to commit at least 2 weekdays and Saturday or Sunday
Centre Hours
- Mon: 2pm – 7pm
- Tues: 2pm – 7pm
- Wed: 2pm – 7pm
- Thurs: 2pm – 7pm
- Fri: 2pm – 7pm
- Sat: 9am- 6pm
- Sun: 9am – 5pm
