Job scope

• Administrative and basic accounts support, including attendance and leave management.
• Generate reports on absenteeism, leave requests, KPIs, and ensure accurate calculations.
• Prepare work specifications, BQs, and handle variation claims.
• Act as a point of contact for facilities-related issues and coordinate maintenance with vendors/contractors, and to support facilities team for issue resolution
• Assist account department to maintain financial records
