Job description:
* Performs daily walk through of the multi-functional space, conference rooms and general office area and ensure set up for use/occupancy according to checklist
* Ensure reception area are well maintained
* Performing day to day administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filling of document
* Manage and update space reservations in calendar system
* Answer incoming calls and updating of space booking status
* Track and follow up on activities and simple introduction of event space to walk–in clients
* Provides coverage for the front desk and fulfil receptionist role
* Assist in preparing quotations and invoices when required
* Assist in updating booking system, website and social media with relevant information
* Other ad–hoc duties as and when required by the management
Requirements:
* Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and sense of responsibilities
* Positive mind–set and a solution focused approach
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin
Skills:
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
* Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, TikTok etc)
* Experience in updating system, website and social media will an added advantage
