Our Client is in the Commodity Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Tax Executive,Senior to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), tax computations, and quarterly current/deferred tax provisions for Singapore entities.
• Handle statutory filings for GST and withholding tax for Singapore entities.
• Review tax calculations and positions of overseas subsidiaries.
• Draft responses to tax queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
• Liaise with external tax agents to maintain and update transfer pricing documentation.
• Collate and analyze group tax information for planning and reporting purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Min Degree in Accountancy, Taxation, CPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Min 3-4 years of taxation experience
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax laws and proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new clients to meet challenging sales goals for loan disbursements, client growth, and portfolio performance.
• Provide tailored advice on refinancing options, loan structuring, and repayment plans to support client needs.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of borrowers’ financial profiles, including income, credit history, and existing obligations.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring they understand terms, conditions, and interest rates.
• Verify and review loan applications along with supporting documents such as income proof, bank statements, and identification.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee the loan process from approval to disbursement, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Address post-approval client queries, including repayment concerns and adjustments.
• Stay informed about regulatory updates, lending policies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in consumer loans, mortgage or banking services.
• Experience in real estate markets is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in financial analysis will be added advantage.
