- Oversee daily HR Admin operations of the office, including meeting coordination, courier arrangement, procurement, file management etc.
- Support general HR functions, including leave tracking, benefits administration, insurance management
- Handle the process of employees' onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to Mindef / IRAS / CPF, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
- Coordinate office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is organized and conducive for productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, Administration, Business / Office Management
- Mandarin speaking - to communicate with chinese associates
- 5 days work week (Hybrid - 4days office + 1 day work from home)
- Work location at Amoy Street
- Salary $3500 - $4500
- 2 mths AWS + VB
