• Manages the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process including sourcing of vendors, ITQ/ Tender, bid clarifications, negotiations, issue PO and facilitate vendor payment
• Administer Purchase Orders and Contracts.
• Perform analysis and evaluation of vendors’ proposals.
• Negotiate with shortlisted vendors for best prices, delivery time, delivery term, payment term and other Contractual terms.
• Manage vendors, cost, quality and delivery performance.
• Provide support and guidance to stakeholders with regard to Procurement policy and procedures.
• Maintain documentation of all purchases and ensure traceability for audit.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery or any discrepancies.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and Term Contracts.
• Monthly reporting to Management.
• Maintain Contract database and ensure expiring Contracts are renewed timely.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Degree
• Possess minimum 5 years of related Procurement & Category Management experience
• Prior experience in sourcing of vendors and formulation of Contracts
• Possess sound knowledge of Contract Terms and Conditions
• Skilled in negotiations with vendors
• Ability to adapt business requirements and acquire Category/ product knowledge through close engagement with stakeholders

You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximise profitability. You are expected to: Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy Ensure the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market Manage and optimise the skills of graphic team members Design display guides and bulletins for corporate campaigns Maintain internal graphic job bookings and POSM allocation bookings Gatekeep corporate brand format guidelines for different banners under the Group Finalise designs and create visual display proposals for display areas Source props, creative materials, and accessories for displays Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervise contractors hired for this purpose Change displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes Ensure uniformity of displays across multiple store locations Liaise with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers when necessary Research lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy Use applied skills in visual design and space utilisation to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays

Requirements
