Job Description

• Perform & coordinate office activities and facility services
• Administer office processes and implement improvements to streamline the office and facility operations
• Manage office supplies inventory, print services and Dept’s fixed assets administration
• Coordinate the upkeep of office equipment and furniture
• Process invoices on office and facility services
• Administer the preparation, activation, issuance and record keeping of door access cards

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies/Estate Management
• 3 years’ relevant working experience in office administration and facility maintenance fields
• In-depth understanding of office management and building service procedures Ability to prioritize and perform multi-task work assignments
• With analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Possess procurement and negotiation skills
• Passionate about delivering consistent excellence services all levels of employees
• A good team player with leadership skills
• Proficient in MS office
• Ability to use AutoCad software will be an added advantage

Overview:

We are looking for an energetic person with sharp social skills to give our customers a friendly, personal and positive experience every time! In this role you will be part of the Customer Service Team, handling phone enquiries with professionalism while delivering stellar customer service to all our customers. You will be required to have outstanding attention to detail, be well-organized and efficient. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Create and maintain customer database
