Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate with School Operation Division in fulfilling manpower requirements, and manage the deployment of suitable staff to various outlets

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, work pass application and selection.

• Coordinate the employee onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into the organization

Performance Management

• Support the regular performance appraisal/assessment of employees by coordinating reviews, compiling feedback and assist in preparation of contracts renewal

• Assist in monitoring employee performance to identify training needs and growth opportunities

Training & development

• Coordinate on employee training workshop, seminar, and manage training records.

• Maintenance of training materials and documentation.

Administration

• Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation plans.

• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and absences to ensure proper workforce planning. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

• Prepare regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to senior management to support decision-making.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field

2. 1-2 years related experience. Fresh grads are welcome.

3. Knowledge on HR practices and employment law

4. Highly self motivated, willingness to develop, resourceful and pay attention to detail.

Description:

The Business Development Executive will focus on growing Eigen Energy's presence in Singapore and South-East Asia. You will engage commercial and industrial businesses on renewable energy solutions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations team on lead generation and after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing both inbound and outbound sales pipeline.
• Growing Eigen Energy's presence and market share in the Singapore and SEA market.
• Regular on-site client visits to identify, qualify and close opportunities.
• Collaborating with all levels of relationships from clients to suppliers
• Proactively liaising with contacts for the purpose of managing relationships, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.

Requirements:

• Maintain full set of company account
• Prepare monthly management reports and audit schedules
• Prepare flux analysis for project accounting
• Work closely with various departments to facilitate and complete monthly closing procedures
