Key Responsibilities
As a Programme Executive for Marriage & Family Development, you will:

• Develop and manage community programmes that promote marriage and family well-being.
• Lead outreach and publicity efforts to engage and support stakeholders.
• Conduct research to enhance programme effectiveness and community impact.
• Provide administrative support for smooth programme execution.

This role includes overseeing signature programmes such as:

• Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme)
• Purposeful Play
• Parent Peer Support Group (PPSG)

What We’re Looking For?
Education:

• A minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Family Studies, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in programme management or partnership coordination.
• Experience working in family development or community-based initiatives is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay preferred to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Role Purpose

Support the marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient execution of trade and promotional programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on below-the-line activities (such as promotions, events, and point-of-sale materials).
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring that all POS materials are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update the customer database to facilitate targeted direct marketing campaigns, aimed at driving sales and customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities and promotions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing feedback to optimize future campaigns.
• Support the tracking and management of marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and that expenditures align with campaign objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports on campaign performance, marketing spend, and other key metrics.
• Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations and enhance team efficiency.

About You

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or support role, preferably in retail, FMCG, or health and beauty industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

• Location : Henderson Road
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.30PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead the documentation team in preparing, reviewing, and processing all necessary documents for import, export, and re-export activities, including the submission of Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Directly manage the preparation of documentation for both 3PL (Bonded Warehouse) and Trading operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of customs documentation using TradeNet.
• Coordinate with carriers and forwarders to book container space for shipments, ensuring timely bookings to prevent delays.
• Manage the logistics for import, export, and re-export shipments, liaising with carriers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling Arrival Notices, Bills of Lading, Switch BL, and other shipment-related documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to shipment documentation or delays.
• Check Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) on Portnet.
• Arrange shipments with hauliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding logistics documentation, providing regular updates on shipment status and addressing any concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that documentation processes align
• Prepare and send quotations for 3PL services to customers.
• Monitor and manage demurrage, storage, and detention charges, taking proactive steps to minimize costs.
• Generate reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Description

• Full spectrum of payroll processing for about 180 full-time employees for 2 entities & casual labour for 1 entity
• Tabulate the costs for secondment staff for finance billing
• Check and prepare overtime payment staff to be paid on 14th of the following month
• FWL cost allocation and adjustment (waiver)
• CPF submission for entities via CrimsonLogin and CPF website (2 entities)
• Prepare payroll general journals to upload into accounting system (Crimso & Acumatica) for monthly accounting month end closing
• Checking all the flexible benefit claims provided by HR to process and pay on month end (EPE & Timesoft)
• Upload Assist Rider and MSO upon receiving updates from HR into the payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Ad-hoc items like submission of government paid claims, MOM survey or WICA claim from HR, new join, and resigned staff salaries
• Prepare monthly headcount report for HR team (EPE)
• Assist to input incentives, allowances, and deductions into payroll system (EPE & Timesoft)
• Generate payslips for all entities (EPE & Timesoft)
• Assist in migration of new payroll system for casual labour

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)
