Functional

• Develop budget plan, monitor and control the effective use of marketing expenses.
• Ensure all content is optimized/edited for various platforms and audiences.
• Attend to other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

3. Reporting & Optimization

• Track and report on event performance and marketing ROI
• Post event coverage for any launches, initiated marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences, and competitors

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any marketing, business management or communications fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and in Microsoft Office – Specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Preferably 2-3 years of marketing/events experience in retail or related industry is an advantage
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills
• A flair for creating innovative marketing campaigns and unique event concepts; a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
• Positive attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well.
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to travel at short notices when the needs arise
