Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.

Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Executive / Senior Project Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team, which specializes in corporate training, business advisory, internationalization strategy, and related services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to manage administrative tasks, project management, and business development with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients’ programme OIC, government officials, visiting organisations, and other stakeholders pertaining to administrative arrangements
• Search, connect and liaise with potential organisations to explore corporate visits and other collaborations
• Handle all administrative and operational matters pertaining to clients’ programme needs
• Conduct market research and analyze industry background information to support clients’ internationalization needs

Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and maintain the company’s inventory.
2. Monitor stock movements and oversee inventory management at third-party locations.
3. Handle the physical tasks of loading, unloading, and storing inventory when necessary.
4. Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures, including stock movement, item planning, re-order levels, non-moving item monitoring, and the timely disposal of approved scrap.
5. Properly classify, segregate, and maintain inventory in assigned areas.
6. Ensure that all required documentation is accurately kept, referenced, and filed.
7. Ensure inventory-related updates are properly entered into the accounting system.
8. Conduct routine stock checks, update records, and report findings to stakeholders.
9. Coordinate effectively with teams across various company locations.
10. Identify inventory discrepancies, report them, and maintain records for variances.
11. Develop and implement corrective actions in the event of any control lapses.
12. Produce and deliver daily and monthly MIS reports to stakeholders regularly or upon request.
13. Ensure the safe handling and storage of inventory.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma Holder / Post National Service

Experience: Must have relevant experience in inventory management and be adept at managing inventory through the Zoho system

Industry Experience: Experience in the marine sector is advantageous but not mandatory

Physical Requirements: Should be physically able to manage inventory when required

Other Requirements: Knowledge of Zoho or any other inventory management software

• Handle General Ledger, Monthly and Year End Closing
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts
• Responsible for month/year end financial and management reports
• Prepare fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation
• Review the work of Accounts Assistants to ensure the accuracy of daily sales revenue and expenses
• Prepare and submit of quarterly GST returns
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary for statutory filings and relevant documetation
• Assisting any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business
• Fully responsible for monthly AR and ensure customers’ payment on time
• Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls. i.e., Process and Compliances to group's requirements and policies
• Assist Inventory management, e.g.: Stock take, Monitoring and prepare monthly expiry stock report
• Do credit review for new customers and update their profile in system regularly
