Key Responsibilities include:
· Work with senior management to identify and manage work experience matters
· Strategize on elements in the workplace that enable employees to collaborate, innovate and work productively
· Plan, design and implement employee experience improvement, talent acquisition and talent retention programs
· Plan, manage and implement in-house events to drive continuous improvements in staff morale and cohesiveness
· Develop and implement heart-warming experiences in the office, including coordination with workplace partners
· Develop plans, technologies to drive active employee engagement on-premises in the office or virtually
· Develop proper communication plans with employees to improve awareness of company events, initiatives, missions and culture
· Manage onboarding and off-boarding experience of staff
· Facilitate staff performance appraisals
· Handle any staff feedback independently
· In charge of Company Health Plan, onboard and disenrol employees, do regular review
· Office admin duties including booking of air tickets, accommodation, ordering office stationery etc.
· Other duties assigned by the management
