Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Inventory management to ensure stock holdings are kept to a minimum.
• To oversee and support the team to ensure that productivity and cost efficiency targets are achieved.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management, advising trends and process improvements.
• Review non-moving inventory and make recommendations for resolution.
• Ensure that the team complies with company policies and procedures.
• Support and guide team members in processes when required.

Person Specifications

• A Diploma in Engineering or 2 years of relevant experience in the spare parts trade
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, highly organized and a team player
• Possess good interpersonal, customer service and coordination skills
• Ability to converse coherently with customers through phone calls and emails

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Hospitality Management;
• Applicants with relevant working experience in the related field will be an advantage, however, applicants without relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as full training will be provided;
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent;
• Candidates who master more than one language will be an added advantage, as oversea assignment will be assigned; (in order to handle queries, concerns and feedback from other language speaking counterparts regarding with the training and other restaurant operation related matters.)
