Job Description
1. Reporting to the CEO of the company.
2. Identify with and practice at work the company’s core values of safety, integrity, ethics, frugality and ownership.
3. Actively communicate communiques, policies, and directives etc as set out by the directors of the company to local staff, agents under employment by, or in any form of affiliation / alliance with the company or its subsidiaries and subcontractors.
4. To Keep Employee Happiness and Morale High by
a. MaIntaining open communication with employees Employee through engagement feedback, discussions, surveys, notices, town hall meetings and the like.
b. Providing comprehensive and welcoming orientation and onboarding
c. Managing employee Training ensuring adequate skill sets and knowledge for their job scope and job demands and KPIs.
d. Employee Benefits and compensation are fair, and commensurate to employee performance. Manage the payroll and the timely and punctual issue of salary, allowance and claims.
e. Manage all personnel matters such as Recruitment, Training, Leave, Payroll, Grants, and other benefits.
f. Make a conducive workplace environment with good management for cleanliness and upkeep of the workplace; managing the cleaning schedule for the general office and pantry. Responsible for general office cleanliness and its upkeep, supervise and be responsible for the outcome of the company cleaners
g. Look after employee welfare through events, group buys, celebratory events. Constantly improving these for the good of the employees. Purchasing the replenishments of office stationery and pantry refreshments. Regularly plan fun & active company recreational activities such as outings, meals, birthday celebrations, trips, etc.
5. To manage the full HR Functions in its full spectrum
a. Manage and Maintain the digital HR system (Infotech) for the company. Be the competent person and provide in-house training for managers and employees as required.
b. Liaise with external agencies viz. JTC, IRAS, CPF, MOM, Banks, Corporate Secretary, Company Auditor, Non-Executive Directors as may be required.
c. Manage all MOM related issues (Application, Renewal of all passes)
d. Manage the Control Card Access & Email addresse.
e. Manage all company insurances including for assets.
f. Function as the focal point for all external communication (fax, email, mail and courier services).
g. Manage all Employee exit interviews.
h. Execute tasks to raise Employee happiness and Morale as mentioned above , implied or otherwise.
6. Perform other related duties as instructed by the CEO (or through the General Manager) from time to time.
