Client is a semiconductor company in Singapore seeking to hire an Administrator personnel
Your new role
General Administrative Duties
• General admin, organized filing system, answering calls, visitor management, employee movement, office inventory management, meeting arrangements
• Travel and Logistical Arrangement for outbound/inbound travellers
• Facility & Office Equipment Management
• Procurement Ad Hoc Duties i.e. sourcing, vendor liaison and requesting for quotations
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties as defined by Department Head
General Finance Duties
• Raising payment requests for the team
• Filing of suppliers’ invoices, payment vouchers and documents, and other data entry admin duties as required
General HR Duties
• Leave Management and filing
• Organising of employee engagement activities where necessary

• Able to multi-tasks and have the initiative to get jobs done.
• Candidate must have initiative, self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individual.
