• Perform detailed analyses and evaluations of samples as per customer requirements, utilizing advanced equipment such as microscopes, DSC, FT-IR, retort sterilizers, and Oxtran.
• Conduct food storage tests and facilitate lab tours, demonstrations, and seminars for external visitors.
• Support the Technical Service/Market Development team in managing the technical centre, including budgeting, maintenance, and task allocation.
• Prepare and present reports and promotional tools based on analytical findings, while reviewing results from team members.
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance testing outcomes and drive innovation.

Technical Service/Market Development:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers while supporting the development of innovative products.
• Promote products to direct and indirect customers, including brand owners, machine makers, and raw material suppliers, to expand market presence and drive new projects.
• Lead initiatives exploring new applications and sustainable packaging solutions, aligned with market trends.
• Monitor and analyze market developments, such as brand owner strategies, sustainable packaging designs, and emerging opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled professional with the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A university degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or (preferably) Polymer Engineering.
• Industry Experience: Over 5 years of experience in the food and/or food packaging industry.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and hands-on lab experience.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
