• Generate prospective leads
• Prepare presentation materials and conduct presentations to clients
• Manage and process sales opportunity till case closed
• Provide customer support for sales via email, live chat, and call-in
• Coordinate and Consolidate information with the relevant departments to meet customer/trade parties requirements
• Manage sales documents/activities with various business portal
• Understand and apply, monitor operational policies, standards, and procedures.
• Liaising with operation/client/internal department for routine matter monitoring
• Conduct customer survey regularly
• Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2-year related Sales Administration or relevant role
• Speed and accuracy
• Accountability towards your task
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fair command to handle a variety of software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc. to produce correspondence and documents, prepare presentation slides, spreadsheets and databases
• Organizing and storing/filing of correspondence, documents and computer-based information
• Handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Proven sales track record
• Market knowledge in Housekeeping, Environmental, Facilities Management is preferred
• Time management and planning skills

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

• To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times
• Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
• Keep work area clean and neat at all times
• Follow all Standards and Procedures internally
• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa
• Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required:
• Front Desk
• Spa Retail Area
• Relaxation Area
• Preparation Room
• Sales and Marketing
• Spa Suites
• Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Supervisor
• To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa suites throughout shift
• To attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings
• Will be expected to assist and perform various demonstrations and events
• Have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests
• Perform all treatments to the highest standards
• Assist in all areas of the spa as and when necessary. e.g. Relaxation area and Reception
• Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by your supervisor
• Perform all daily assigned spa therapist tasks

Requirements

• Possess a valid license or certificate in massage-related services (E.g. CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/WSQ qualifications)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist or equivalent roles
• Preferably with experience working in similar capacity and in luxury hotel company.
• Good communication skills and enjoys interaction with guests.

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience is necessary; we seek candidates with passion and a strong desire to learn
• Holding SCI certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI) is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Indonesian, Russian, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Mandarin) is an advantage, as we work mainly with foreigners.
