• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday: 8.30AM-5.30PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate secretarial functions for a portfolio of clients.
• Advise on compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file essential documents with authorities.
• Facilitate and document board and shareholder meetings.
• Maintain statutory registers and records.
• Guide clients on corporate governance best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and financial advisors.
• Mentor and oversee junior team members.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

• Assisting in execution of day-to-day HR function.
• Managing full recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews and on-boarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies & procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of employee-related issues.
• Support & manage employee engagement activities and initiatives including corporate functions.
• Administer, manage, maintain and update data records relating to employee life cycle.
• Handling HR-related administrative tasks.
• Work pass administration & its related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with the local employment laws and company policies.
• Participating in HR projects and provide any other HR support / tasks may be assigned from time to time.

You should already be equipped with the followings:

• Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role with strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite especially Excel & Word.
• Natural communicator with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and together in a team.

Job Description

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and discipline matters
• Manage all staff leave related processes
• Contract Renewal, Emplacement & Promotions
• Handle Grants & Claims
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
• Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• May need to manage full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource with minimally two years of relevant experience
• Comfortable to travel as you may need to travel on site (islandwide) when needed
