• Settlement of progress claims, progress payments, and finalize project accounts within stipulated time frame.
• Issuing Purchase Orders to suppliers and tracking of material costing.
• Actively liaising with stakeholders customers, vendors, subcontractors, project staff, and etc.
• Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders issued, and handle supplier queries.
• Following up on overdue receivables.
• Assist with ISO and ISO’s audit documentations.
• Participate on improvements to workflow and process flows.
• Monitor training course dates for site staff.
• Prepare monthly reimbursement claims.
• Assisting Accounts team with the accounts payable and preparation of payment to suppliers, required reporting and audit requirement.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Project Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in M&E system and Construction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).
• Data Entry of Purchase Orders (PO).
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
