Working hours : 4 week days and 1 weekend
1. Weekdays - 2.30 pm to 9.30 pm
2. Weekend - 9.30 am to 4.30 pm
Working location: 1 Marine Parade Central, #11-04 Parkway Centre, Singapore 449408
Salary: Up to $2300 (depends to experiences)

• Collection of fees.
• General office admin tasks (printing, organising, updating of records etc).

• Prepare access card, employee vendor creation, other cards application
• Invoice Processing
• Booking of courses and training
• Participate and planning of events (if required)
• Purchase/Renew corporate phone
• Updating of leave and MC
• Scanning of reports
• Daily uploading of invoices
• Posting cheques/ photocopying etc.
• Weekly consignment stock reports, franking mails
• Assist in month end finance related duties
• Ad hoc duties (rebate journals, refund etc.)
