Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations (Full Set)
- To follow up payment timely to vendors/customer
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Performing administrative duties such as handling correspondence, stationery and pantry supply.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and communication related to accounts and administrative matters.
- Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
- At least a Diploma or certification in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking customers.
- Able to work independently and multi-task
