• Position : Admin Executive (Insurance Industry Experienced) - Up to $3,500
• Location : Sin Ming Drive
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• General email servicing and enquiries support for Insurance team
• Data entry of prospective customers into cloud-based system
• Follow up on new leads to secure new clientele
• Generate quotes from insurers to support dealers
• Generate daily sales report
• Generate monthly renewal list to call and follow up
• Prepare monthly reports such as tallying monthly sales against reported cases
• Tally warranty cases taken in and generate Excel report
• Administrative duties to ensure completeness of insurance documentation
• Other ad-hoc matters assigned

Requirements:

• Min O’Levels
• Min 2 years’ experience in insurance administration
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
