Communication and Coordination
Handle internal and external communication for the delivery operations team
Serve as a point of contact between departments and external stakeholders
Coordinate schedules and appointments for management and team members
Logistics Support
Assist in managing transportation and delivery documentation
Coordinate courier services between office locations
Support tracking and documentation of shipments and delivery-related paperwork
Administrative Tasks
Maintain comprehensive filing systems for company records
Prepare regular reports on administrative activities
Manage corporate vehicle logistics, including scheduling maintenance and tracking petrol cards
Conduct stock takes and manage procurement of office supplies
Qualifications
Min Pre-U or Diplomat
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics or delivery services
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
