Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2200 - $2500

Working Location: River Valley

Working Hours: 8am-6pm / 8am-7pm

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations: scheduling, communications, and record-keeping.

· Oversee student enrollment, admissions, and records management.

· Maintain attendance, grade, and other databases.

· Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.

· Develop and enforce efficient administrative procedures.

· Coordinate events, meetings, and school calendars.

Requirements:

· Min. O Level and above or equivalent certification

· Prior experience in education industry will be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Provide operational and administrative support to Therapeutics Team in the assigned projects.

• Monitor and Track project progress.

• Correspond with internal stakeholders to verify and ensure timely submission of information.

• Handle administrative tasks such as onboarding and offboarding staff, updating of relevant records.

• Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities (Return to Work Program)

• Liaise with patients and their employers and enrol them into the Return to Work Program.

• Collation of statistics and data into the database.
