Details:

• Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Able to commit for minimum 1 year
• $2,300 - $3,000/Month & Monthly Bonuses ($200 - $700/Month)

• Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office.
• Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, scanning, and record-keeping.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary and providing timely responses when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and verify data accurately into databases and spreadsheets
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular quality checks
• Quality control and system improvement
• Project testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Assisting Team Manager in ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Minimum higher Nitec, N/O level and above
• A good team player who can work independently and diligently
• Meticulous and enjoys working with documents
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Able to work well in a fast pace environment with little supervision
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and team building skills
• Competent with MS Excel and Word

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF
