Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($200-700/month)

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

Working Hours:

- 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays 2 Weekend

(Working days of your choosing & mutually agreed with the company)

The Administrative Executive will be responsible to the Principal for all administrative details related to the day-to-day operations of the centre and provide customer care services to students and their parents during their stay with the school.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Meet and greet parents, students and visitors at the school
• Provide proper information about school fees and programs
• Manage students information
• Issue invoices, collect school fees and issue receipts
• Purchase items from suppliers for capital expenditures, kitchen, stationery, events, etcPrepare Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers
• Prepare Expenditure Requisition Forms and obtain price quotations from suppliers
• Responsible for proper storage of stationary and uniforms
• Perform general clerical duties
• Support operational work flow

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ levels with at least B4 in English and credit in a second language
• At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
• Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different culture and languages.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Proficient in MSOffice Applications
