Job Scope
· Assist with hardcopy and softcopy documentation control, filing and updating including email correspondence
· Assisting to record and file scanned documents for regular payment procedures
· Assist with arranging meetings, site inspections and coordinating daily schedules
· Assist with submission of monthly claims for the team
· Assist with retrieving information related to real estate and minor research on the following:
1. Daily internet news search for articles related to the business of real estate
2. Quarterly updates from Building Authorities on property market news and information
3. Monthly updates from Singapore Tourism Board and visitors arrived Singapore
· Any other administrative functions
Requirement
· Education level – Min. “O” levels or relevant qualification (Diploma in Business Admin)
· Ability to write and converse in English & Chinese
· Friendly, cheerful and meticulous
· 3-4 year experience in an administrative role
· Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Teams, Zoom
· Independent, willingly to learn new things. Flexible and able to multi-task and work with different teams
· Preferred work experience in a real estate or property related company
· Do not mind taking on additional ad-hoc administrative support role
