The Sales and Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer service excellence and seamless administrative support to facilitate smooth team operations, contributing to the company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle, answer, and respond to all incoming telephone calls and inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and create invoices and reports, and assist clients through to sales confirmation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide effective after-sales support.
• Generate frequent reviews and reports using sales data.
• Manage business administrative tasks, including invoice processing.
• Perform data management tasks (CRM) and clerical duties such as data entry.
• Establish and coordinate the implementation of company administrative policies.
• Undertake other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher educational qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Description

• Receiving and processing orders via all channels
• Answering phone calls
• Preparing invoices to customers
• Calling customers and follow up on customers order
• Fix appointment for sale representative for appointment
• Follow up on collections
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• PC Literate
• Min Nitec or ‘O’ Levels (Entry levels welcomed)
• Min 1 year of Administrative or Date Entry experience
• Meticulous, organized and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent phone etiquette and good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Normal Working Hours: 8am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday) and 8am to 1pm (Sat), may require to work on shift rotation as and when required.
• Able to work on weekends and public Holidays
