Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the General Counsel, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and correspondence handling.
• Manage budgets for the legal and secretariat departments, collaborating with internal teams for necessary inputs.
• Maintain and organize confidential legal records, databases, and files, ensuring time-sensitive deadlines are met.
• Conduct legal research and prepare relevant materials for the General Counsel.
• Coordinate departmental reporting and act as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics for department meetings and events, including the annual Group Functional Meet.
• Support the General Counsel in various ad hoc initiatives and general office management tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma in any field with relevant administrative experience in legal or corporate settings.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic corporate environment.
