• Tracking of employee confirmation and issuance of confirmation letter
• Manage Offboarding of employees such as facilitate exit process, scheduling of exit interview.
• Maintain, file and update employee records in HR systems and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare monthly HR reports such as headcount report, man-hour report, flexible benefit report, safety hours report and leave summaries.
• Manage and support procurement process for non trade purchase, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage office supplies, stationery, courier services and ensure office environment is well maintained.
• Schedule meetings, manage outlook calendars and assist in preparing meeting materials
• Provide administrative assistance to Senior Management or other department as needed
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

• Monday - Thursday: 830am-6pm, Friday: 830am-530pm
• Location: Gul Circle - 2min walk from MRT
• 6 months contract - renewable

• Proficient in MS office suite, Especially MS office Excel
• Well-versed in managing data files, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized records.
• Min Diploma/GCE A level in any disciplines
• No Exp is okay, training will be provided

Job Description

• Supporting project funding recovery processes, including data entry, document compilation, documentation, and checks.
• Managing knowledge and records related to funding recoveries.
• Tracking, coordinating, and ensuring sufficient project budgets to facilitate fund recovery.
• Collaborating with various internal teams such as project management, contract management, and finance.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
