As part of the multidisciplinary team, provide holistic and incredible care, empower patients and caregivers to take charge of their own health through technology, raise awareness and accessibility of available resources that can be tapped on, nudging them towards action.

Strategic outcomes and goals include:

• To build relationships with internal (care team) and external stakeholders (patients and caregivers).
• To contribute to achieving clinical outcomes for preventive health screenings and reduce readmission and escalations to tertiary care, and, to gather social determinants of health pertinent to influencing social and health outcomes in positive ways
• Leverage on technology to empower patients to improve health literacy and accessibility to resources
• Responsible for assisting in coordinating and providing patient care activities. This includes the use of IT systems to track, perform and document established clinical indicators and care given to patient.
• You will perform basic parameter measurements, close preventive screening and vaccination gaps in relation to national programmes/initiatives.
• You will also provide basic health education to improve patients’ knowledge on lifestyle management, social and physical activities through social prescribing, the use of health monitoring devices (e.g. home blood pressure, glucose and weight monitoring, as well as advise patients on vaccination requirements.)

Requirement

• Diploma preferred.
• Qualification in health promotion will have an advantage.
• Preferably with some working experience in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Work with team to ensure smooth execution of store activities and deliveries to customers
• Products Receiving, Picking and Packing for shipments
• Conduct inspections of incoming products
• Ensure packaging specifications are updated and comply with customers’ requirements
• Liaise with department and forwarding agents to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Ensure good housekeeping in the store and comply with environmental and safety regulations
• Assist in internal and external audits and warehouse management
• Other adhoc duties assigned by HOD

Requirements

• Able to read & write simple English
• Min. GCE 'N' / "O" Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holders
• 1-2 years warehouse / store experience
• Knowledge in marine
• Forklift license
• Driving license Class 3 (if any)

• Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to achieve the annual sales target
• Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with the preparation of monthly sales reports
• Engage customers to secure orders and arrange for on time delivery
• Prepare quotations for customers using the ERP System and ensure accurate pricing of products
• Process sale orders, production orders, pick lists and purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor and plan product inventory levels, liaise with suppliers for timely supply/replenishment of inventory
• Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issue with their products or short delivery issues
• Liaise with Logistics personnel on stock and delivery issues
• Liaise with Production personnel on production and quality issues
• Monitor customers’ accounts receivables and pursue overdue balances owed by customers; follow up with customers to maintain timely collection of accounts receivables
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
• Perform ad hoc receptionist duties (including greeting visitors, transferring calls, taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis)
• Perform ad hoc administration duties

Requirements:

• Candidate must be willing to work in Tuas
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
