Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

• Prepare monthly group consolidated cashflow for the risk assessment on the group cashflow
• Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues
• Manage and strengthen banking relationships
• Review the banking facilities on new requirements and rates competitiveness
• Preparing Trade Finance & Hire Purchase submission
• Handling of Shipping documents and discrepancies
• Managing opening & closing of bank account, update of bank signatories and bank token management
• Prepare and coordinate board resolution and minutes for all finance related matters
• Managing FX hedging and borrowing rates
• Ensure adequacy for banking facilities to cater for business expansion
• Collate P&L and BS analysis to track and ensure compliance of bank covenants
• Prepare and submit monthly treasury report to GM Finance
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required
• 3 years relevant treasury working experience particularly in cash management and hedging management
• Prior experience in FX trades
• Analytical and meticulous
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess good quantitative skills, have financial modelling and advanced working knowledge in MS Excel
• Driven, independent individual who adapts well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge in investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments

• Deliver commercial refrigerators to customers at different locations around Singapore
• Support day to day warehouse operations
• Loading and unloading of container
• Cleaning and tidying up of warehouse and showroom, General cleaning
• Other ad hoc duties as required to support the company's operational function.

Requirements :

• Class 3 Driving licence required.
• 5.5 days weeks – 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon – Fri) 8.30am to 12.30pm (Sat)
• Willing to work OT whenever necessary.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• No experience needed but good working attitude is important
• Able to work in a team and a fast paced environment.
• Gross Salary starting from $2,000 which incl. monthly incentives.
