Job Duties

• Respond to all general inquiries and/or direct the queries to appropriate managers or staff
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area; Ensure the reading materials (i.e. newspapers, magazines and company brochures etc.) are up-to-date and displayed in a neat and orderly manner
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Answer all incoming calls with the LAIO greeting
• Filter calls and independently take decisions based on the caller and agenda
• Arrange conference room on need basis for internal/external meetings
• Arrange for video conferencing and conference calls in a timely manner
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies; Update preferred supplier list on a periodic basis
• Monitor the distribution of office supplies and equipment across departments/teams in an equitable manner
• Coordinate with relevant third parties for timely repair and maintenance of office equipment
• Get quotations from multiple vendors for procurement of consumables, stationery and other office equipment
• Assist in oversee re-selling, recycling and transfer of equipment, furniture, etc. at sites (post project completion) and offices (during renovation) through third party agencies; Follow-up for collection of payment from respective buyers in case of re-selling
• To support the Operations Director on various administrative matters
• Sort through incoming documents and forward to the concerned persons
• Coordinate with courier agencies for timely dispatch of outgoing documents
• Maintain general office filing systems and file documents accordingly
• Update general information such as employee telephone numbers and location on an on-going basis; Share the same with internal/external persons as requested

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields
• Has at least 3 years of experience in similar role
• Possess an outgoing personality and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS office applications such as Ms Outlook, Word, Excel
• Sensitive with numbers to assist in the checks for invoice received

The Dental Surgery Assistant prepares a working space in a dental facility for dental examinations and procedures. Job duties include the preparation of dental instruments and materials for the dentist and ensuring they are properly sterilised. He/She also handles administrative tasks, such as scheduling of appointments and filing dental records.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist dental surgeon(s) in all forms of dental treatment,
• Attend to all patients seeking treatments and/or making enquiries at the clinic promptly and courteously,
• Maintain and ensure cleanliness of the clinic and treatment room,
• Maintain dental equipments and instruments in good working condition,
• Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment and scheduling of next appointment,
• Develop X-ray/OPG for assessment of treatment,
• Send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to the dental laboratory,
• Ensure high standard of infection control.

Requirements

• ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with basic computer skills,

Job Description

• Assist with general administrative duties, as assigned for both NUS Enterprise@Singapore Science Park and NUS Agritech Centres within the Singapore Science Park location

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for trade/B2B marketing activities of Content Distribution department including trade events, marketing collaterals and digital marketing.

Events Management:

• Identify and plan key local / overseas content markets for branded booths to promote latest programme offerings, as well as identifying relevant programmes to promote in each market.
• To manage/produce marketing collaterals required for branded booth according to trade market requirements.
• Manage the procurement process of for events set up and coordinate with awarded vendor for set up to ensure smooth delivery of booth at each content market.

Marketing Collaterals:

• Collate marketing information for programmes by working with the relevant production teams and external stakeholders for material required for programme sales (may be required to do translation work, ability to translate from Chinese to English and vice versa will be an added advantage).
• To plan and manage marketing collateral production such as programme posters (for use across all marketing platforms such as events, website and brochures) and brochures (both hard and digital copies).

Digital Marketing Content website / EDMs:

• Responsible for managing and updating the department's content website, including updating of programme info and video files.
• Required to work closely with the digital team to improve/refresh on aesthetics of website and problem-solve when issues occur.
• Plan EDMs and other digital communication tools to promote Mediacorp content in region-specific campaigns.

Assistant Professorships will be funded by the university's Presidential Young Professor scheme for tenure-track faculty with significant research achievements.
