Qualifications:

• Education and Licensing:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

Requirement:

Key Duties:

• Assist Managers in Mechanical engineering projects of various sizes and complexity
• Assist Managers in managing a team to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects
• Co-manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation and other factors necessary for success
• Prepare and review specification and concept reports
• Utilising expertise to guide and train staff
• Provide quality and cost control during the design and construction process
• Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.
• Escalate and identify the need for additional services and fees.
• Assist with Shop drawing reviews as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years work experience in related environment

Job Description

• Ensures the efficient and profitable management of the restaurant
• Keeps the General Manager up to date with relevant issues in the restaurant and gets their input and advice where necessary
• Ensures that the stock take figures are completed and accurate as per company requirements
• Covers for floor supervisors during emergency vacations and Ad-hoc leaves
• Observes compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as governmental laws and regulations.

• Maintains an efficient ordering system to ensure that all necessary Restaurant and office supplies are available as needed

Requirements
