Role: Assistant Pet Groomer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in grooming pets, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming areas and tools, adhering strictly to SOPs.
• Provide a positive and calming experience for pets, handling them with patience and care.
• Support the team in daily operations, including customer interaction and appointment management.
• (Bonus) Engage with customers to promote grooming packages and products.

Scope of services:

Perform as Admin Assistant located at the School’s General Office to attend to all general queries, eg. public queries and attending to the needs of pupils, to ensure all queries are corresponded to the public/student in a timely manner, receive deliveries.

Assist the General Office in other secondary duties such as updating daily student attendance, collect, enter, record and maintain data and information into the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets and/or other forms of records, manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing and faxing.

Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

Good communication, pleasant disposition and inter-personal skills

Basic Proficiency in MS Office like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and GCE 'O' or “N” level with a credit in English.

Preferably have at least one year of past experience working in a school environment.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: From 1 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 (Base Year) + 1 Mar 2026 to 28 Feb 2027 (Option Year) with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 Mar 2026 to 28 Feb 2027.

Scope of work:

a. Typing / printing

b. Data entry work

c. Reception duties

d. Answering telephone calls from teachers, parents and members

of the public

e. Data collation of surveys

f. Preparation of refreshements for school event

g. Sorting and delivery for items delivered to the school

h. Attend to students who are unwell / injuried in the sick bay.

i. Assist school staff with binding and lamination works

j.Maintain the school’s stores for office supplies and stationeries

k. Assists the payment officer to check documents and to collate supporting documents from staff.

l. Other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications, skills and experience:

- GCE ‘O’ Level

- Pleasant personality

- Ability to use Office Programmes such as Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel

- Meticulous personality

- Preferably first-aid trained

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 12:30pm.

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: From 17 Jan 2025 to 16 Jan 2026 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 01 year.

Responsibilities

· Provide technical lead in system and network design, with implementation for application system

· Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

· Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

· Responsible for quality assurance, maintenance and enhancement of existing software libraries

· Participate in system acceptance testing and on-site deployment

· Work with Vendor to resolve software issues both on site and off site

· Comply with project plans and industry standards

Requirements

· Degree in EEE/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of technical experience in software development

· Proficiency in C, C++, C#, or Java

· Knowledge of digital communications, Microsoft .NET, Scripting languages

· Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

· Knowledge of Communication Stack Layer and various communication protocols like SNMP, TCP/IP, UDP

· Knowledge of Firmware development will be an added advantage

· Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
