• Ensure all buffet operating equipment at supervise and manage both in-house and outsourced stewarding teams.
• Ensure proper inventory management, expense control, and breakage prevention.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all back-of-house areas.
• Provide a conducive and engaging work environment, focusing on staff welfare and development.
• Oversee and coordinate equipment maintenance, waste management, and pest control measures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including ISO 22000 requirements.
• Work closely with contractors for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Actively participate in safety and food safety committees.
