Need to work overtime on Saturday: 8:00am to 2:00pm (OT pay applies)

Responsibilities include:

• Shipping Documentation – Prepare and manage large volume of shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to customers
• Document Control and Accuracy – Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
• Logistics Coordination – Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse
• Communication – Act as the main point of contact with regards to any shipping enquiries and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of daily operations
• Reporting – Perform operation management reports
