We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented assistant project manager to assist in the management and execution of CCTV deployment projects for our clients. This role offers hands-on experience in project coordination, technical troubleshooting, and client interaction, providing valuable exposure to project management and technical systems in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in the management of a CCTV-related deployment project for the client
- Coordinate the Installing, configuring, testing, and maintenance of devices
- Monitor and track any issues found by the project team or from customers’ stakeholders
- Provide monthly project reports for customers’ verification.
- Follow up software maintenance with the internal development team, bug fixes, implementing software upgrades, change requests, integrating and testing of new hardware systems.
- Follow-up requests from customers’ stakeholders
- Be proactive about challenges or constraints within a project and seek to manage them accordingly
- Identifying system conditions that are abnormal, determining their cause, and recommending corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum two years of working experience
