1. Onboard to offboarding for worker (application, renewal and cancellation work passess), contract preparation and orientation, register training
2. Monthly payroll, CPF submission, government paid leaves, NS make up pay claim and annual IRAS submission, tax clearance
3. Administration of leaves and staff benefits
4. Insurance matters pertaining to workers coverage and claims
5. Working closely with manager on recruitment (posting on job portal, liaise with recruitment agencies, schedule interview)
6. Handle government grants and claims
7. Road tax, insurance, and other related to vehicles
8. Handle other license renewal (e.g. Bizsafe Level 3, P&FM transport, diesel storage license, office container)
9. Upkeep and proper documentation
10. Perform any adhoc and admin as assigned
