Job Scope :

Sales Admin

• Oversee the daily operations of sales activities.
• Manage the Sales Order Processing cycle, including generating quotations, processing sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and managing invoicing.
• Skillfully address a high volume of inquiries, providing effective solutions for customer issues.
• Deliver exceptional support and customer service.
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external such as customers
• Aid in the preparation and submission of pertinent reports and documents for tenders.
• Participate in regular online/offline product training sessions organized by vendors.

Job Requirement:

• Candidates with related experiences (Admin / Customer service / sales support) preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in creating clean, safe and conducive learning environment which promotes student learning and development
• Assist teachers in preparing and producing learning materials
• Assist and guide students in carrying out instructions and activities during lessons
• Build a strong relationship with students by exhibiting care, concern and encouragement
• Support teachers in determining individualised goals for each student to enhance their development
• Assist teachers in data collection to understand student profiles and monitor progress
• Implement students behavioural plans and support in managing student behaviours under teacher supervision
• Proactively engage in professional development activities to facilitate ongoing knowledge and skills development

• GCE 'N' Levels or GCE ‘O’ Levels 3 credits

• Passionate about each child's personal growth and open to new and innovative methods of teaching
• Able to work with children/youth ranging from 7 - 18 years of age with one or more learning difficulties
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a team with social workers, therapist and other teaching colleagues

Job Description

• To carry out account management responsibilities which include developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers, provide professional quotations and ensure prompt payment from customers.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters in respect of the portfolio of customers either developed by you or assigned to you.
• Develop a trusted “advisor” relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive management of customers.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the Products and Services according to customer needs and objectives.
• Provide input for weekly, monthly and quarterly Activity Reports and the necessary plans and reports for Marine business, as requested by the Management.
• Maintain assigned customers and develop new assigned customers to ensure continuous sustainable business growth.
• Communicate and work closely with colleagues from other departments in ensuring the overall Company objectives/performance are/is achieved, at all times.
• To achieve the required Sales Targets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in related field/discipline.
• Minimum 3 years successful Sales experience within the Marine Industry.
• Possess ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions, products and services based on customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any time while paying strict attention to details.
• Proven ability to use common office and business technologies.
• Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist in fixing Vending Machines (non-electrical works), such as

1. Removing and fixing Vending Machine’s columns
2. Basic testing of Vending Machine
3. Regularly lift and/or move objects

• Cleaning of cylinders
• To assist logistics supervisor in delivering machine to location
• To upkeep 5S housekeeping at Technical Services
• Ability to do welding.
• Any other duties assigned by Superior

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience required, training will be provided
• 2 months contract until February 2025.
