The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively while juggling multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages professionally and promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining calendars.
• Manage and update student and parent contact lists.
• Prepare, draft, and send out letters and emails as needed.
• Assist in creating and monitoring invoices.
• Perform various administrative duties, including typing, copying, filing, and scanning.
• Monitor and manage office supplies.
• Handle and coordinate student administration tasks.

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum educational qualification: GCE O Levels or Diploma.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.

Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
