Looking for a Technical assistant to join our expanding team. You will be supporting the team from HQ.

Responsbilities:

• Assist with checking and reviewing of technical submission
• Checking and ensure records are updated in data base
• Assistance with analysing energy performance
• Resolving of technical issues
• Assist in ACMV system design
• Prepare the energy report
• Any other duties assigned by Technical Manager

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering or Equivalent to Engineering related programs
• If you are familiar with the local standards, it will be advantageous

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 1. Manage appointments schedule: Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments location & time and prepare meeting links if necessary
• 2. Take minutes of meetings
• 3. Record and track expenses, generate pivotable and charts for visualisation purposes
• 4. Source, order, pack and ship gifts for clients’s birthdays and during festive seasons
• 5. Prepare and handle confidential and sensitive documents
• 6. Designing of content (cards, slides, infographics) occasionally
• 7. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• - Minimum Local degree Holder
• - Minimum commitment of 3 months

We are looking for part time clinic assistants who can work ad hoc and help in the clinic when our full time staff takes leave. This position is open to Poly/Uni students too. You will be trained to register patients, dispense medications and have cashiering duties.
