• Report and review gross margins analysis by key customers and product group, partnering with business to identify opportunities for margin improvement, review product cost structures to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of cost management strategies.
• Support global team to develop and implement effective costing methodologies and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual operating plan (AOP/budget) for Singapore manufacturing plant, align budgets with organizational and global goals.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities by providing cost-related insights.
• Work with business units on resources and capacity planning for manufacturing costs budget.
• Participate in the quarterly business review, perform cost variances analysis against forecast.
• Provide detailed cost reports and forecasts, identifying trends and proposing strategies to minimize cost variances

Others

• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
• Assist with US GAAP, SOX, tax and statutory audits.

Requirements

• Recognized degree, ACCA graduate or other equivalent professional accounting qualification
• 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

• Independent, mature, self-motivated and possess ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other data analysis tools and ERP systems (eg Oracle)

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of preparing, monitoring, and analyzing monthly P&L and balance sheets for retail stores and e-commerce platforms, delivering actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. You will play a critical role in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing variance analyses to align forecasts with actual performance. Your Profile
