Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field or business administration.
• Minimum 7 of experience in Oil & Gas and or Life-Science and infrastructure related industry as sales, including more than 3 awarded PJs with a value of 50MMUSD or more.
• In-depth practical knowledge and understanding of contractual practices and contracts in EPC projects.

The Research Assistant will participate in seagrass research, with a specific focus on examining seagrass reproduction. A large component of the work is to be conducted in the field. Using samples from multiple marine species that have been collected along an approximate 6000km east to west transect from Sumatra to Papua New Guinea, the candidate will work on a project that seeks to explain why the marine ecosystems of the Coral Triangle are so biologically diverse, what facilitates and what restricts gene flow in the region, and finally, how can this information be used to advance marine conservation planning in Southeast Asia.

Role Description

TG Energy Trading Pte. Ltd. is currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to manage all administrative matters. The incumbent will be reporting to the HR and Admin Manager.

Location: 50 Raffles Place

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.15pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
• Provide secretarial support for other staff.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related matters.
• Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters (e.g. AGM).
• Collaborate with the IT team in HQ and external vendors on all IT matters.
• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, which include stationery and multimedia equipment.
• Coordinate office events, meetings and appointments.
• Liaise with Tokyo Gas Asia’s accounting team on payment matters.
• Liaise with building management on maintenance of office.
