Assistant Marketing Manager (Residential)

Our client is a leading Singapore-based property company with a strong presence in real estate development, investment, and hospitality management. As part of the marketing team, you will play a key role in the entire lifecycle of property launches, from pre-launch preparations to the final handover of completed projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate property launches, handovers, and related activities.
• Liaise with legal teams and authorities to ensure accurate sales documentation and approvals.
• Conduct market research and comparative analyses to support marketing strategies.
• Manage customer, buyer, and agent inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Organize and oversee showflat operations, logistics, and marketing events.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualification, Competencies/ Other Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Understand basic local tax (GST) will be a bonus
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance financial workflows and internal controls.
