• Coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate stock records.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good communication skills for coordination and query resolution.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day basic administrative duties (e.g. , preparing of order tags, issuing of delivery orders & invoices, paperwork filing, updating records, data entry, etc.)
• Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding orders.
• Complete ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
