•⁠ ⁠Monitor the status of approved quotation, outstanding claims and invoicing

•⁠ ⁠Arrange monthly servicing schedule, monitor and ensure the proper completion of the checklist

•⁠ ⁠Organise yearly servicing schedule and prepare reports for submission

•⁠ ⁠Responsible to check and ensure remittance & SOA are accurate

•⁠ ⁠Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

· Minimum “O” level or equivalent

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· At least two years of related working experience
