Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in customers and calls
• Assist and administer project matters and documents
• Follows through on all outstanding matters ensuring that open issues are effectively resolved
• Ensures that all invoices, etc have the necessary approvals before following through on payments
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative position.

Remuneration and Perks

Part Time

Hourly rate SGD12 per hour

Food allowance SGD4 for 7 work hours or more

Full Time

Monthly salary up to SGD3,000 (incl. Overtime pay)

Monthly service charge share bonus from SGD50 - SGD250

Monthly sales target incentives SGD100 or above (if sales target hit)

Eligible for overtime pay
