Job Description:

• Assist Managers in Mechanical engineering projects of various sizes and complexity
• Assist Managers in analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine cost effective solutions
• Ensure professional quality services in all facets of work
• Assist Managers in leading a project team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
• Assist Managers in leading manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
• Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation and other factors necessary for success
• Work with clients to deliver the end project
• Prepare and review specification and concept reports
• Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
• Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required

• Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.
• Escalate and identify the need for additional services and fees.
• Assist with Shop drawing reviews as required

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering relevant discipline
• Min 5 - 8 years experience working in the relevant industry
• Prior ACMV ( Air-conditioning and Mechanical ventilation ) experience will be advantageous

Our healthcare client seeks a proactive and dynamic Talent Attraction Associate to join its HR team, supporting long-term manpower planning and employer branding. This role involves collaborating with HR partners and hiring managers to develop innovative talent pipelines for organisational growth. This 12-month contract position may lead to a permanent role based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with hiring needs, leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and industry platforms.
• Craft engaging job descriptions and act as a brand ambassador to promote employer value.
• Partner with strategic allies, such as educational institutions and government agencies, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews, coordinate recruitment processes, and track key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive HR digital transformation projects and provide data-driven insights on recruitment trends and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

1. General Administration

• Assist in managing general phone and email enquiries

2. Programme Planning, Implementation and Evaluation

• Assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of programmes
• Assist in the facilitation of Family Life Education activities and programmes
• Assist with the preparation, consolidation of reports and programme evaluation
• Coordinate and collaborate with the team and other relevant community partners to ensure smooth operations of events
• Coordinate various logistics needed for the smooth operation of programmes (e.g., venue, collaterals, registration, refreshment)
